A little Update, Why I been MIA?

Hello My Passionate Simmers, Here is a little update. I know I been MIA is bcuz I recently moved and I had to transfer my kids to another school. 

So things have been heck-tick here. 

Finally all my kids will be in school so I can get back to doing what I love and is Simming baby Simming.. 

I hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving a beautiful weekend and enjoy the rest of this week.. 

Also I want to send a little shout out to someone I admire and love so much and is greatly going to be missed.

Here is how I feel about this whole situation in OUR SIMS COMMUNITY!! 

Is ridiculous how the Sims Community has changed so much over the years. What happen to the love of the game? Having fun, enjoying every moment of it. See me when I play is bcuz I love the game but is not my WORLD. But if I get subbers and likes and comments on it wonderful if not ok then. I do this out of fun pleasure enjoyment a hobby a way of releasing stress after a hard day of work or a hard day dealing with my teens.. I'm me myself and I, I don't try to be like someone else this is me. Is sad how other simmers don't give others the chance and right away dislike them and compare them to others that is not fair. Not that long ago someone commented on one of my video's saying LIFESIMMERS video's are better. I said great go watch them don't come to my channel and compare me to other LPers.

☞ Family History:

Coral & Nami Blu met at the Bella Vista Beach and was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. They had so much in common they were inseparable. They shared a love and passion for the Deep Blue Sea and loved going scuba diving and searching it's beautiful mysteries and treasures... Coral started feeling sick and she knew it wasn't from being sea sick and realized she was pregnant. Nami was excited that he was going to be a Daddy and purposed to Coral and they had a Shotgun Wedding.. Nine months later she gave birth to Marina and Ocean Blu, she thought they were the most Beautiful twin babies she had ever laid her eyes on. She decided to name them after the one thing that united her and Nami together forever "The Deep Blue Sea".. Years went by and the twins were teenagers and it was summer vacation and the family decided to go scuba diving and search for treasure. Unfortunately Nami came face to face with one of the most dangerous creatures of the Sea, The Shark. He had no choice but to fight this shark and he knew he was fighting a loosing battle but he hoped it would give Coral the chance to swim up for her life since she was already running out of air. But she couldn't bare to leave her true love alone in what she knew it would be his end and the end of their True Love. When finally the fight was over Coral tried to swim up but unfortunately she ran out air and drown leaving her twins orphans... Marina and Ocean knew something was wrong and she wanted so badly to go dive and search for her parents but she didn't because her parents made them promise if they don't come back up during a certain time not to come for them because it means they were never coming back up. Marina and Ocean embraced each other in heartache. Marina tried sailing the boat back home but got lost instead and they were stranded in an uncharted island that they would make their home for years to come. Until finally when they turned into young adults Marina had lost all hopes of ever getting rescued but she was wrong to do so because that morning she went fishing and saw a boat and some Sims scuba diving and she swam to them and told them their story and finally they were rescued. Leaving them to start a new journey in their lives as Young Adults and working in making their dreams come true. Marina dreams of owning her own Resort and Ocean dreams of exploring the Deep Blue Sea like his parents. He knows the Sea has many mysteries and he wont stop until he has explored every inch of it. The mayor gave them a trust fund their parents had left for them after their demised, it wasn't much but enough to get them started..

The "Family Man" Challenge

"The Family Man Challenge"

GOAL: Father as many children as you can.

I. Getting Started

1. Make a MALE sim in create-a-sim. 

2. You may make him any way you wish. I would recommend giving him the "heartbreaker" lifetime wish (be the partner of 10 sims) since that will be the easiest to fulfill in the course of this challenge, though it's not mandatory.

3. Set his lifespan to Normal.

4. Purchase any house you like.

5. You can use any kind of monetary cheat you like, but that is the only kind of cheat you can use. "Motherlode" to your heart's desire if you want - but remember, money doesn't buy you love!

6. You can put other sims you've created in the town, but your sim CANNOT engage romantically with female sims you've created.

II. To-Do List

There is only one thing you must do in this challenge:

1. Father as many children as possible. Children are counted by your family tree. Your tree should start to look something like this:

III. Things to Know

1. Children do not have to all be from the same mother (in fact, if you want to do this challenge well, as many mothers as possible is best). 

2. The children do not have to live with your sim.

3. Your sim does not have to ever meet his children.

4. Your sim does not have to be the partner of the children's mothers.

5. The mothers may be married to other sims.

6. Your sim may not marry or move in any female romantic partners unless they are elders.

7. Children's mothers MUST be pre-existing sims or sims born in the game (i.e., not created by you).

8. You may use the fertility reward if you have enough points to buy it (and any other rewards that you think may be useful).

9. You must play as your sim the entire time - no switching to other households.

IV. Scoring

Scoring is very simple! Your score is the number of children that your sim has before he dies. If he's the only one in the household, make sure you count them up before the reaper comes!

I know this is a little deranged, but it's an interesting experiment in genetics, too! What happens when the entire town is overrun by siblings?

If you decide to try this out and manage to get all the way through, please comment and let people know how many kids you ended up with!

The Klepto King or Queen Challenge

This Challenge was created by Mr.Alex @ ModTheSims

 

The "Klepto King" Challenge

Main Goal: To see how much your house is worth by the time your sim reaches the ripe of age of 90.

Setting up the Challenge

1. Create a sim. They must be a Young Adult. They can be any gender (I called this challenge Klepto King for the alliteration! ) Looks wise: They must wear all black for all of their ourfits, everything else is up to you.
2. Their traits MUST include Kleptomaniac, Mooch, and Evil.
3. Their lifetime wish must be Master-Thief.
4. Purchase the house called "The Monotone". It must be UNFURNISHED. If you want to play in Riverview, please copy this house over.



5. You will see that your house is equipped with the essentials.
6. Buy the most expensive bed (four poster).
7. You are ready to try and become the Klepto King!

Rules

- You are NOT allowed to buy ANYTHING from buy mode. EVER. Everything MUST be stolen from other people's houses. (Yes, you will end up with a very quirky mis-matched house! )
- You are NOT allowed a burglar alarm (The Monotone house shouldn't have one anyway). If you get burgled, that's karma for you!
- You are NOT allowed a job. EVER.
- ALL money and food must be made through mooching off other sims. (You can eat from the fridge if you really want, but this is going to cut into your already miniscule amount of cash!)
- You CANNOT steal or sell seeds.
- If you want, you can steal other sims vegetables by harvesting them. You can then either sell, or harvest these Obviously, this isn't counted in the game as "stealing" so you can help yourself to as much as you like! You CANNOT however grow vegetables on your own lot.
- You CAN steal stuff from community lots.
- Seeing as Klepto's like shiney jewels, you can also make money through cutting gems.
- In the case of metals + space rocks, you can only sell these. You cannot smelt them.
- You CANNOT make money through guitar tips.
- Money made can ONLY be spent on extending the house, hiring a maid, repairman, or babysitter.
- Extending the house includes anything in Build Mode that CANNOT be stolen, e.g. driveways, swimming pools, windows, doors etc. Please remember that plants CAN be stolen.
- You can also get money from selling some of your stolen goods. However, please bear in mind that the goal is to have the highest worth of house, so you want to keep as many objects as possible!
- For instructions on how to steal from a house, see below.
- Once you have stolen the most you can that day (3 items) you CANNOT steal from that same house again. However, you CAN return to mooch money or food off those sims.
- If you are concerned about running out of houses in the neighbourhood to steal from, make sure Story Progression is turned ON. You can steal from the same house if it has a new family in.
- If your sim wants a partner or child, they must have NO income WHATSOEVER, and they are NOT allowed to help swipe.
- Sim Lifespan MUST be set to "Normal: 90 sim days".
- You can ONLY steal from the base-game houses. This makes it fair for everyone, and stops people downloading really expensive houses just for the items.
- You can NEVER return any stolen goods. If you are stuck with 3 cieling lamps from the same house - tough! That's the fun of the game!
- YOU CAN ONLY STEAL A MAXIMUM OF 5 CARS.
- You must place your three stolen objects into your home as soon as you get back from stealing, unless of course you can't. (For example, you can't place a computer down until you have a desk, so you would have to wait until you get a desk to place the computer down also).

How To Steal

1. Go to a sims house.
2. Ask to go inside.
3. Once sun has set, you will be able to click on the floor near an object and select "Swipe Something". It is RANDOM what object near where you slected your sim swipes. (That adds to the fun of hoping to get a tv for your house, only to get yet ANOTHER dining chair!)
4. Once you have stolen 3 items, go back to your house. Your stolen items will be in the FAMILY INVENTORY, which is accessed through Buy Mode.

(A Theify Tip: I would suggest getting to know the sim whos house you target. This way you can mooch off them, and also ask to stay over. This way you can steal from them when they are asleep - if a sim is in the same room as you, you cannot steal, so you could end up being asked to leave before you get a chance to swipe!)

Once the Challenge is complete, post a screenshot of your house with the worth box on show (This comes up in Buy Mode). If you want, you could also post us a screenshot of your Klepto King!

It will be fun to see who can get the highest worth house!


Well guys, I hope I made everything clear and included everything I wanted to, and I hope you enjoy it.

Is it weird that I love asking a sim to stay over, I then nap on their sofa just before they go to bed, as soon as they are asleep I wake up and swipe to my hearts content?? I then return the next day to mooch some food off them! It really gets my adrenalin going!
