Hey Guys,

If you all had doubts about "Mermaids", yes "Mermaids" being real. Then please tune into the Animal Planet Channel "RIGHT NOW" you will see the Documentary that came out a year ago BUT once it finishes there's another Documentary of NEW EVIDENCE and this time if you DOUBTED you will become a BELIEVER, like me.. LP: The Sims 3 Aurora Skies - (Part 10) "I Do"

Hey Guys,

Finally Jenni and Cyd said their "I Do's" I'm so excited for the new chapter beginning in Jenni's life. All her life she struggled and finally feels that life for her is heading in the right direction and now her dream is to have her own family... How many kids will Jenni & Cyd decide to have? We won't know yet but soon we will find out on her new adventures as a wife and soon as a mommy.. So I, love my Sims period, I decided to install it on my PC and I'm just loving it can't seem to stop but I have to, to give my other LP's a chance as well.. The Klepto King or Queen Challenge

This Challenge was created by Mr.Alex @ ModTheSims

 

The "Klepto King" Challenge

Main Goal: To see how much your house is worth by the time your sim reaches the ripe of age of 90.

Setting up the Challenge

1. Create a sim. They must be a Young Adult. They can be any gender (I called this challenge Klepto King for the alliteration! ) Looks wise: They must wear all black for all of their ourfits, everything else is up to you.
2. Their traits MUST include Kleptomaniac, Mooch, and Evil.
3. Their lifetime wish must be Master-Thief.
4. Purchase the house called "The Monotone". It must be UNFURNISHED. If you want to play in Riverview, please copy this house over.



5. You will see that your house is equipped with the essentials.
6. Buy the most expensive bed (four poster).
7. You are ready to try and become the Klepto King!

Rules

- You are NOT allowed to buy ANYTHING from buy mode. EVER. Everything MUST be stolen from other people's houses. (Yes, you will end up with a very quirky mis-matched house! )
- You are NOT allowed a burglar alarm (The Monotone house shouldn't have one anyway). If you get burgled, that's karma for you!
- You are NOT allowed a job. EVER.
- ALL money and food must be made through mooching off other sims. (You can eat from the fridge if you really want, but this is going to cut into your already miniscule amount of cash!)
- You CANNOT steal or sell seeds.
- If you want, you can steal other sims vegetables by harvesting them. You can then either sell, or harvest these Obviously, this isn't counted in the game as "stealing" so you can help yourself to as much as you like! You CANNOT however grow vegetables on your own lot.
- You CAN steal stuff from community lots.
- Seeing as Klepto's like shiney jewels, you can also make money through cutting gems.
- In the case of metals + space rocks, you can only sell these. You cannot smelt them.
- You CANNOT make money through guitar tips.
- Money made can ONLY be spent on extending the house, hiring a maid, repairman, or babysitter.
- Extending the house includes anything in Build Mode that CANNOT be stolen, e.g. driveways, swimming pools, windows, doors etc. Please remember that plants CAN be stolen.
- You can also get money from selling some of your stolen goods. However, please bear in mind that the goal is to have the highest worth of house, so you want to keep as many objects as possible!
- For instructions on how to steal from a house, see below.
- Once you have stolen the most you can that day (3 items) you CANNOT steal from that same house again. However, you CAN return to mooch money or food off those sims.
- If you are concerned about running out of houses in the neighbourhood to steal from, make sure Story Progression is turned ON. You can steal from the same house if it has a new family in.
- If your sim wants a partner or child, they must have NO income WHATSOEVER, and they are NOT allowed to help swipe.
- Sim Lifespan MUST be set to "Normal: 90 sim days".
- You can ONLY steal from the base-game houses. This makes it fair for everyone, and stops people downloading really expensive houses just for the items.
- You can NEVER return any stolen goods. If you are stuck with 3 cieling lamps from the same house - tough! That's the fun of the game!
- YOU CAN ONLY STEAL A MAXIMUM OF 5 CARS.
- You must place your three stolen objects into your home as soon as you get back from stealing, unless of course you can't. (For example, you can't place a computer down until you have a desk, so you would have to wait until you get a desk to place the computer down also).

How To Steal

1. Go to a sims house.
2. Ask to go inside.
3. Once sun has set, you will be able to click on the floor near an object and select "Swipe Something". It is RANDOM what object near where you slected your sim swipes. (That adds to the fun of hoping to get a tv for your house, only to get yet ANOTHER dining chair!)
4. Once you have stolen 3 items, go back to your house. Your stolen items will be in the FAMILY INVENTORY, which is accessed through Buy Mode.

(A Theify Tip: I would suggest getting to know the sim whos house you target. This way you can mooch off them, and also ask to stay over. This way you can steal from them when they are asleep - if a sim is in the same room as you, you cannot steal, so you could end up being asked to leave before you get a chance to swipe!)

Once the Challenge is complete, post a screenshot of your house with the worth box on show (This comes up in Buy Mode). If you want, you could also post us a screenshot of your Klepto King!

It will be fun to see who can get the highest worth house!


Well guys, I hope I made everything clear and included everything I wanted to, and I hope you enjoy it.

Is it weird that I love asking a sim to stay over, I then nap on their sofa just before they go to bed, as soon as they are asleep I wake up and swipe to my hearts content?? I then return the next day to mooch some food off them! It really gets my adrenalin going!

Is Official The Sims 4 Is Coming Out!!!

Hey Guys,

Is official The Sims 4 is coming out... I can't wait I'm sooooo excited for this. I know some of you are feeling like the Sims 3 is not over and they craming the expansion and stuff packs down our throats because of the Sims 4 coming out next year. Or all the money you have spent on the Sims 3 or is to much on your PC. But don't look at it that way, look at it as something awesome and if your a true Sims Fan then you should be proud of it instead of complaining about everything.. I'm excited, happy and Proud and i'll figure something out when the game has officially been OUT!..

The Black Widow Challenge

 

The Challenge:
1. Create a male or female Young Adult and give him/her the following 3 traits: Charismatic, Flirty, Great Kisser. The other two traits are up to you. Extra points given if your sim has Commitment Issues.
2. You may choose any lifetime wish for your sim, but you will get no bonus points if he/she has the gold digger LTW and only 20 points if your sim has heartbreaker lifetime wish. 40 points for all other lifetime wishes, but remember, your sim is not allowed to get a job.
3. Move your sim into a lot/house and get him/her settled. You may build him/her a lot, but remember there are NO Money cheats allowed!
4. The hunt begins! Meet a mate and build your relationship until you can get married to him/her. The sim must be a townie: you may not build sims specifically with traits crafted for your Black Widow to marry.
5. Once married, find a new romantic interest and move him/her in after you...
6. Kill off your mate! – Inscribe the tombstone with: “[name] Died by Black Widow.” Keep the graves on your lot. There are some hilarious ghost reactions!
7. Repeat this over and over again until your black widow dies. That's when the challenge ends and you tally your points.



Rules:
 NO cheats or mods that alter Sim behaviour or moods. You get a 10 point bonus for every sim death you are able to bring about without using cheats, but if you're willing to sacrifice the points you may use testingcheatsenabled to kill your sims.
 Set lifespan to normal. DO NOT expand the lifespan of your Black Widow using life fruit, ambrosia, or any other means. It is okay if your sim is a vegetarian.
 NO money cheats!
 You can have as many love interests at the same time as you wish
 Having kids is your own choice, but you can score by having them. You may adopt if you wish, but only one adoption per mate.
 Roll the dice to determine your kids' traits
 Breaking up existing relationships are not forbidden. For an evil twist try stealing your best friend’s hubby. Bonus points for breaking up relationships!
 You may use lifetime rewards points to purchase any lifetime reward.
 The Black Widow may not have a full time job, all steady money must be earned by the men she/he targets.
 Your sim may get a Part time job until her/his first marriage, but must quit as soon as vows are exchanged and never do an honest day's work again in his/her life!
 Your sim may earn money by selling collectables she finds, painting, selling fish and produce, and any other non-job related money-making activities. Money trees are allowed.

Earning Points:

Scores: Add
+50 for every affair you successfully end in death.
+10 for every sim death you are able to bring about without using cheats.
+40 for every different color ghost that appears
+30 for each kid that has a different parent. There are NO points given for additional kids.
+30 If caught cheating
+30 if you break up a relationship (note, you don't necessarily have to marry the sim to break up the relationship)
+50 if partner died after completing his LTW.
+100 point for achieving more than 15 graves.
+20 points if your sim has heartbreaker lifetime wish.
+40 points for all other lifetime wishes, except gold digger.
+20 points if your sim has Commitment Issues.
+10 points for every wedding your sims have via a wedding party, rather than having a private wedding

Scores: Subtract
-40 for every partner that dies of old age naturally.
-20 for every kid taken away by the Social worker.
-100 If your Black Widow’s LTW was not reached by time of her demise
-20 for each wohoo rejected
-20 for each first kiss rejected
-20 for each "break up with partner" rejected
-20 for each moving in rejected
-20 for each "go steady" rejected
-20 for each proposal rejected
